Harbor House @ Greenwich Point is a premier condominium community located just outside the gates of Greenwich Point in Old Greenwich, Connecticut. Harbor House was formally a seaside Inn built in 1895 in what was then known as "Sound Beach". In 2016-17 Harbor House @ Greenwich Point underwent a top-to-bottom renovation and restoration that restored it to its former grandeur and repurposed it as a six-unit luxury condominium community. Many original historical details of the former Inn were restored, including its grand central hall staircase.
